What is the turnaround time?
For model white background images shot in the studio, it’s 48 hours. For all other shoots, it’s 3-7 business days. Urgent and rush shoots accommodated.
Is it necessary to use a model for my photos or videos?
Media with models convert better than without. It’s important the customer is able to visualize the using the product, the fit and size of the product, and the material.
What are my options for lifestyle photography?
Lifestyle photography is photographing the product in use with a model or in a setup.
What are my choices of photography for apparel?
Flat Photography: The product is shot flat on a table. Angles available: Front, back, and detail.
Ghost Mannequin: The product is placed on a mannequin. Angles available: front, side, three-quarter side, back, and detail. Kids’ Mannequin sizes are 2-3T, 5-6, and 10-12. Adult Mannequin sizes are Small for women and medium for men.
Model In Studio: Model shot in the studio with the color background of your choice. Angles available: front, side, three-quarter side, back, and detail.
Model Lifestyle: Model shot on location with the product in use. Angles vary depending on needs.

What happens behind the scenes?
Each photo shoot requires extensive preparation, including steaming, cleaning, and prepping the products; sourcing, securing, and setting up the location; booking models; and hiring makeup and hair stylists as needed.
Video productions entail a higher degree of complexity. Prior to filming, a storyboard is created, complete with a scene shot list and a script if there are any lines to be delivered by actors. This ensures a well-planned and organized production.
