Production Readiness Guide

This guide defines how our production systems work and who we accept as clients. Review before contacting us.

This Is For You If

☑️ You manage 25+ SKUs

☑️ You require repeatable, standardized imagery

☑️ You sell on Amazon, Walmart, or DTC catalogs

☑️ You prioritize speed, consistency, and scale over creative exploration

This Is NOT For You If

  • You need “just a few shots”

  • You are testing a product or concept

  • You want creative direction, concepts, or campaigns

  • You are shopping photographers on price

  • You cannot define SKU count or launch timeline

How Production Actually Works

  1. Assets received and logged against predefined shot list

  2. Lighting, framing, and camera settings are locked per product type

  3. Capture executed with no ad-hoc creative decisions

  4. Post-production follows standardized QA pipeline

  5. Final assets delivered in marketplace-ready formats

Non-Negotiables

  • Shot lists are finalized before production

  • No creative changes during capture

  • Revisions apply to execution errors, not taste

  • Pricing is scoped after intake, not before

  • We do not provide speculative work, tests, or unpaid samples

  • We do not provide ballpark pricing without a completed intake..

 Readiness Checklist

  • SKU count

  • Estimated quantity per SKU (colors, sizes, variants)

  • Product category
